RE:For those who should know better on StocktwitsFYI : The WHO Certification Scheme is an international voluntary agreement, enabling countries with limited drug regulatory capacity to obtain partial assurance from exporting countries that the pharmaceutical products, which they plan to import, are safe, effective and of good quality. Certificates of a Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) are issued as a service to the industry when required by an importing country and have no application to a drug that is intended to acquire FDA/EMA regulatory approval. These kinds of "certificate" are more applicable to post-approval drugs intended for internatinal use and export.
