RE:Re: re: future outlookThey have to get going on this project pretty quick.  The leases have milestones related to retaining the leases.  Permitting is more or less done. (Engineers have to have a design for emissions and it sounds like that is not that stringently reviewed.

operating costs will be lowest in the industry.  Diesel will be an expense but the resource has no overburden!!!  This reduces costs considerably and reduces permitting and engineering costs.
