I could not Care Less about a Financing Deal

I could not Care Less about a Financing DealOnce GENM gets Government approval and their permits, I could not care less about a financing deal. With permits in hand the Mine instantly becomes an indisputable Billion $ +++ asset. Any large mining company with excess cash would be stupid not to buy it. They can have it Built and operarating in 2 years.  $5 to $8 a share buyout price would be nice. But on the other Hand !!!  Wouldn't $20 a share price be even better. And that will happen if the current owners build  and operate the mine. And don't forget the dividends they will be paying out when they are making $2 per share earnings per year. Tough to know which scenario I prefer, $5 a share next year or $20 a share in 4 years.
