Well, overpopulation plus no birth control equals irresponsible.

Nuclear weapons with no disaster relief funding equals irresponsible.

Religion is not a good excuse for not taking responsibility for your own population.

Pakistan should invite VET to explore for NG and switch to clean burning fuels or sell them.
