Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Last year's announcement was on December 3; and investor day was announced November 29.

Insiders have not been buying shares despite the retrenchment in price, and there appears to be no NCIB in place.

Management seems to have taken their eye off the ball recently.

Did anyone listen to the conference call?
