Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. As most already know James T. Parsons negotiated the acquisition of the pre-clinical company Trillium Therapeutics by Pfizer for US$2.3 Billion.

In contrast ONCY is a late clinical stage company with a platform technology in pelareorep that can be used in multiple cancers in combination with multiple immuno-oncology agents like immune checkpoint inhibitor, CAR-T anti-body therapy, bispecifics, and small molecule I/O agents.
