Big Rock Brewery Inc. is a regional producer of premium, all-natural craft beers, ciders and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, which are sold in six provinces and two territories in Canada. Big Rock is the missing middle. 
Too big to be nimble yet too small to go toe to toe with Bud and Molson. 
Did they seriously think they were going to grow and take the mega breweries head on?

Throwing more money at a mediocre strategy might not be the investment.
