For your information, there is hardly a building in Montreal that does not have a For Rent sign. Unless you are just returning from a 3 year vacation, this is reality. All buildings have a FOR RENT sign because the best have at leat a 25% vacancy rate.
BUT there is no FOR RENT nor FOR SALE sign in front of the production plants (2) where Pyro operates.

Even Peter does not have a for rent sign in front of his mansion in WESTMOUNT.

They lose a lot of money, and if you strip those bad receivables out of the working capital then they are broke. 70% of their receivables are generated from 1 client. Also, the building listed as their principal place of business has a big for rent sign on it, it also houses a Judo club and kickboxing club. The grafitti on all 4 wals isnt very well done. The ceo rents space to the company.

So expect a financing any day.
