Don't be so low energy Ned.  JUST KIDDING (I couldn't resist).

You are absolutely right, Q3 revenue was disappointing but I am not surprised.  Revenues are down among most Canadian LPs that have reported recently.  With consumers tightening their wallets and cutting back on discretionary spending, due to higher interest rates, inflation and a looming recession, I don't see Q4 revenue being significantly better.  JMO

NDVA will continue to be a long play and hopefully a near term buyout target as more consolidation occurs withing the sector.  Changes in edible concentration regulations may help long term but I wouldn't expect that to be high on the federal government's priority list.

Damn you! Lol! I'm still surprised how light the revenue was considering all the new products they put out. That alone should have provided a sigificant revenue bump over Q3 of last year and Q2 of this year imo. There were the OCS and BC issues though, and as you say the economy likely isn't helping. Being the stock was pushed to .15 today hopefully my 1.5 cent fluctuation prediction is still accurate, but I wouldn't bet on it. Given the results, I wonder if it was pushed up to provide some downside cushion. Either way likely won't be huge volume, it never is.
