what's the takeaway? Fs pushed out another quarter? No movement on takeover talks? Might not find a buyer so apply for permits?

Yep...FS pushed out.

No matter who they are talking to (if anyone at this point, but I assume there have been conversations had), most are not going to enter any meaningful talks without the FS in hand. So, the FS is the tail that wags the dog in that respect.

No one knows the timeline to find a buyer. Absent of that info, the company will forge ahead with any permitting, mine design, funding discussions as if Atlas will be building the mine (which can't be ruled out 100%). Atlas will not simply just sit & wait for a suitor. The company can easily be bought in the development stage as well as pre-development.
