At this stage of the game it would be really stupid for PHM(VMD,QIPT)to be paying divies. Use the capital to grow the companies. The rate they're growing we cant afford any use of cash and credit other than expansion, Some people just dont have the patience to stick with good companies and enjoy the growth. Good luck to the smart people that are long on PHM(VMD,QIPT)only.
