Well that's disappointing....but being stubborn isn't smart.Appealing the decision is just stupid now...a waste of time and money. The court ruled. It might be a ridiculous decision given common sense but it's clearly how the law is written Write the guy a check and add the Albino Lake ounces to the mine plan and be done with it It's how it will end up anyway.
I urge shareholders to write to the company or call them and insist they settle this now rather than drag it out to the enrichment of lawers. Write the guy a check and give him some shares and be done with it.
We part with a million $ and get hundreds of thousands of high grade rocks....Mills becomes rich....everyone is happy. An appeal is never going to result in a different decision. Be proactive! Let your voice be heard. Tell them you object to an appeal and want the matter settled now.
