Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Noticeable, I am on your side.

That being said, there are trainwreck victims car accident zombies that will eventually give up by december but have been holding on for yearssss prior. So, there is always a bit of tax losses and the margin call victims... Just saying that those are the reasons for sellers to sell.
