RE:RE:RE:Rio swaps wild goose chase,, Crazy offerAccording to my lawyer and his interpretation of the AMF's opinion, there cannot be a "private deal" with Pentwater and SailingStone.  The dissenting faction, including Pentwater and SailingStone wil be treated as one and equal. Upon approval of the offer at $43, RIO will likely make an offer to the dissenters.  Those who accept are then done.  The secondary dissenters can then go to court or arbitration.  Under
