I think the next step in the process is the Hearing after both sides have submitted their information to the arbitrator. 

"The parties and arbitrators meet in person to conduct the hearing in which the parties present arguments and evidence in support of their respective cases. After the conclusion of the hearing, the arbitrators deliberate the facts of the case and render a written decision called an award."

We are now waiting for the arbitrator to announce the Hearing date. Once the Hearing has taken place the arbitrator has 60 days to render the judgement.
