They shut the door and put the mine in maintenance. Delta Nine is no exception to the rule . IMO unless they're expecting a government hand out which I doubt.  buying more stores when you're losing money is dead money glta

A company can be run for decades losing money if you have someone with deep enough pockets bankrolling the company until some day it becomes profitable or is sold (liquidity event).

I seem to get sucked into these kind of companies for some strange reason, lol.  You need patience of God with these companies but they can in the end pay off really, really big.

Look at RVX (massively disruptive gene therapies), who have been running clinical trials for over 20 years without earning a signle cent in revenue to date.  It has been diluting shareholders with private placements all this time.  It could be the next Moderna though.  Could be a 50-bagger a few years out.

Look at CUU (copper and gold explorer backed by a majority-owner billionaire) has been buying and advancing copper projects for 15 years without earning a single cent in revenues yet.  A couple of billion amassed in value imo which will one day be bougth out by the mining Majors.  Could be a 20-bagger a few years out.
