I think your timing is very good as rates hikes are slowing down and latest home building in US is showing a pickup. Will start a small a position knowing very well that often these quality micro caps can be orphans of the market for a while because of lack of liquidity. On the other hand they are prime candidates for private equity buyouts. I'm lazy, how much do mgmt own? Once again thanks for sharing. Footnote TT if your listening why not dedicate yr energies in 2023 in trying to find a new gem, XBC is history , roll up your sleeves you are wasting your nerons on that PYR board.
