Questions To Ask

Questions To AskQuestions to ask --

1 Why did managment find it so hard to keep drill in  good rock? They have seismic, they have exisitng wells 100 feet away, they have other horizontals close, the second well was right beside the first well

2  They did 5  times the number of fracs than the old horizntals but new wells don't  show much improvement. Even if you normalize to longer.

3 20% over cost and time. almost double the costs of the older horizontals.

4 fracing should grow up and down. IF you are not in good good rock the frac should hit the good rock. presentation shows they were very close to the target rock.

remember the analysts are trying to sell you stock that they already own, not give you unbiased research. due your diligence.

5 next month production. do we see another 20% drop in production. low pressure? water?
