RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:th Monitor's report is outYup, this is the most significant post in all I've seen on this site.  For all the money that will be spent working through bankruptcy this company could have stayed in operation.  It's a scam.  Management, directors, Deloitte ... they will all profit from this, but they are a bunch of crooks.
