WEED has pulled back from recent highs reached on hopes of the US changing laws but nothing happened, What's going to drive the cannabis sector now?  Hope that Germany changes the law but is that enough to be bullish? ACB and TLRY are continuing to trade lower. Have a great day!

Why would you expect change when the vote to get anything done has only got tighter.

Canadian LPs are backing off of Canada in favour of the US and Canopy is even flirting with "it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission" route.

There are too many players and too much supply in most places and that needs to be sorted out.

The cartels and HA are still active with pot and that needs to change.

The US political parties are using pot legalization as a plum but both are reluctant to let this leg out to full potential which will require changing the rules so cannabinoid beverages can be served in the same places as alcohol is served.

At least the US is showing the probability of profits for those that are navigating the minefield of indecision that is screaming for a Universal set of rules, laws and regulations that serves all of the States together and not this layered in different rules for everybody bs that has been laid out by law and policy makers.

A few have posted that it is inevitable and I believe that we are going to get there one State at a time if they can't pull of something momentous together to come up with some universal blanket solution to let this rip to potential.

A whole lot of attrition and failure is coming to the underfinanced and ill prepared.

Good business managment isn't even guaranteed success because of all of the screwups law and policy makers have put out there like well laid traps in a minefield.  Transferable skills, building on strengths and financing are going to be key which sort of leaves the big players , LPs and MSOS.

Beverage Alcohol has seen the writing on the wall and are positioning but staying once removed such that they don't get tagged with touching the product, which is a huge joke.
