While we wait...Speculation...
Would E3 be prepared to do 50/50 JV in exchange for the 600-700 million capital needed for the full scale commercial plant? Or for simplicity, lets assume even larger, $1billion for a 50% equity interest. That would instantly make market cap $2billion for 100%, so $1 billion for the existing 61 million fully diluted shares O/S. My math says something north of $16/share. Even though E3's ultimate potential is well above that level, it seems to me that anything above $10-15/share would be welcome at this poimt in time, especially given that the extraction technology has yet to be proven at the larger scale, in their field pilot plant...the final de-risking event.
I could be (and likely am) completely off base, but still fun to speculate while we wait...
