Could see a small continued rally until webinar Wednesday.

The volume and # of trades are trending up, the higher lows and higher highs show strong hands coming into the deal. Will their be an announce before Wednesday? Maybe, Maybe not. Will the Sue and Darrell show hint at more goog things to come. All waiting for Tier 1 announcement. Leaning toward Volkswagen.
