RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AQNThat theory was posited by a University of Western Ontario professor name Philippe Rushton. His research consisted of taking loads of data from many many studies. Putting it all together with the idea that the bad data would cancel itself out and only meaningful data would remain. I attended Western then and was appalled by the lack of scientific rigour by this "social scientist". Everyone focussed on his racism and very few attacked his unscientific approach. They should have run him out of the university but he had tenure.
