Nothing wrong with advocating for increased disclosure but quite frankly he is a pain in the a$$ and has half the facts and the benefit of hindsight.  

His statement that RSUs vs options are destructive to shareholder value is simply wrong.

One flaw in the comp structure IMO was that the RSUs are settled in cash but without the option of settling in shares which would give the Company maximum flexibility.

BTW - Check out the working capital level at Moa!
