Makes me more confident that we'll eventually inherit it as it has to be cared for and Mr Mill is in no position to do so. We'll reach a settlement after his case with the other huckster outfit gets settled. It's in everyones interest to resolve this and both the 1st Nations and Provincial government authorities aren't going to let this waste facility sit there without a responsible party in control. It will take a couple more months but it will get settled
