RE:RE:RE:TCF fair value is .81 as per morning star nov 28Anyone in the know , which these idiots are obviously not, would know that it's not supposed to be used as a prediction tool. It's a analysis of stocks risk adjusted return based on past performance over a period of time 2, 4, even 10 years. What it does give, basically, is how well that stock has performed and with some oversight and some conclusions of your own, you can make a fair judgment call. They just lay it all out and based on what they have seen, and put their "quantitative analysis" on it. That alone gives them there numbers. It's not a prediction, just a trajectory based on the numbers.
