I agree. If they wanted to take the entire PSC for themselves, why did they called us back to the table and then sign a MOU? Someone please explain this to me.

I'll answer my own question. The only reason that I could think of that would explain SGE calling SNV back to the table is to show that they've tried to work things out but couldn't. They're showing that thye've made the effort. To whom? To the Regulators.

Having said the above, the only thing that would still not make sense is why would they then sign an MOU. Why? Could someone please explain this?
