Stock is a bargain on all metrics. Just the other day an article in WSJ said the single fmaily home rental market is very strong and Tricon was mentoned as one of the main players in the space.
This stock will have nice apprecation in 2023. Either it wil get bought out or rise on fundamnetals. I see 50% upside here easily.
