I don't know how people can still be positive, look at the SP, it's saying a lot. No support at all, it will probably go back to .02 before year end.
To me it's a 99% chance that it will be another failure but I have been here for so long that I'll stay until they either goes belly up or make us happy.

I agree. If they wanted to take the entire PSC for themselves, why did they called us back to the table and then sign a MOU? Someone please explain this to me.

Why would you sign the MOU, breathing new life into a comatose company, possibly giving us an opportunity to raise funds to continue the quest. Why?
Hindsight is 20/20.
They were doing a great job bleeding SNV to death, which saw the SP "trade" in the 0.02-0.03 range until the call back call came.
