Bonterra Energy Corp. is a Canada-based conventional oil and gas company with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. The Company operates through development and production of oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin segment. Its operating areas include Pembina Cardium and other areas, which include Saskatchewan and Northeast British Columbia. The Company is focused on the development of the Pembina and Willesden Green Cardium lands within central Alberta. It has Shaunavon properties in the Chambery field, which produce medium density crude oil from the upper Shaunavon formation under waterflood. It also has assets in the Prespatou area of northeast British Columbia, which consists almost entirely of natural gas and associated natural gas liquids. It also has an undeveloped Charlie Lake asset that is prospective for light oil in Bonanza, Alberta. The Company has over 116 net sections of contiguous land in the light oil prone Charlie Lake.

RE:I am still a bigGive your head a shake. The Net Asset value per share based on a 10% discount of revenues of the existing proven developed producing reserves is $13.60 per share. This number has the debt subtracted. There total proven reserves under this same metric is over $30/ share. You will be hard pressed to find any company in the sector trading below their proven developed number and many are closer To their total proven number. So in short this stock trades at 60% of a very conservative value. They wouldn't and should not sell for anything under $18/ share. In six months they could easily pay a $2 dividend which would give them a 10% yield at $20. Why on earth would they or any shareholder want to sell now. Patience is required until they get noticed and then we will all get paid handsomely.
