RE:this pp does nothing for the company or its shareholdersIt's too bad they've resorted to this. If they raise they better make it count.

Get the water well approved and get the wells running again. 

I'm sure they've had some bad luck the last quarter but probally some overconfidence and mismanagement as well that they had to spend more then anticipated and had a hold up on their final approval for their revenue streams.

Hopefully they make up for it this next quarter or get bought out by someone ready to bring the assets to where they have the potential to get to.
