Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

You are most welcome Frankie10! I completely agree with you: "I'm excited to see the price action moving forward as a persistent buyer enters the frame."

Artis has recently sold a lot of Minnesota industrial properties so they have plenty of cash and will have some explaining to do to their unitholders if they do not repurchase units in December when Artis trades at such a discount to NAV. I trust Samir and Artis.
