Great summary of what transpired and the imbalance of the risk to which builders are subject. However, it's doubtful the eventual ruling will be other than a compromise. And how long will the settlement take?

It will be great when it enters the coffers but for now I'll concentrate on the LSTK whittling and improvements in juicy parts of the business like nuclear, etc.
