The Canadian regulation really doesn't help. They allowed too many licences for the Canadian market. Take into account the better manahed private companies we don't hear about. The main problem is the competition and it is easy to verify by clicking Financials above and check the revenue for the public companies, on a quarter basis. The real problem is not the black market, the problem is the competition.
