Oh wow!!!!  They are spinning of the real estate side onto a stock exchange!!!,  that's incredible news!!!! Hahahahhahahaa OMG how many years are you going to float that one.....  OMFG.  Hey is the roller rink development going yet???  Better put out a news release again about that!!!!
