Another thought: TJI JOISTSOn the weekend I brought lunch to my kid who was working on house construction. Loads of new houses going up in my area and other areas across Ontario. My old university roommate now lives in The Okanagan. He is in the house building industry. Has been since the early 80's. I remember him telling me about Jager joists back in the late 90's. They call them TJI JOISTS now. All I remember is 2x8 beams as floor foundation. But today everything is these TJI JOISTS. It's amazing how they have become the standard for the housing construction industry. I showed my buddy cellular concrete a few months ago. His comment "reminds me of the TJI JOISTS start up and look at them now." He has since bought a significant amount of CVX shares. He feels within 2 years or less this stock could be easily $3.00 plus. He even mentioned that with some of his cement he tries to get air into it to lighten it up in certain situations.
