RE:No SurpriseI think I've been quite clear, beenthere, in my assessments of who is to blame for Bioasis having a share price of 16¢ - management's dearth of capabilities.and wise decisions.

I also do not say that Bioasis is being ruined or has been ruined.. My opinion is that Bioasis is not disclosing as much as they can about what's going on. 

The big question is whether Bioasis is pushing the AGM downline because they don't want to face the music or whether they're waiting for something big to happen, something good, maybe spectacular, or swell.

Could be either. I have no idea, but I would guess something good based on the recent filings, the website and the corporate presentation. They all are all providing guidance that still predicts good things. That wouldn't be wise if Bioasis delayed the AGM because they knew things were bad and didn't want to face the music.

I don't think they would do that, I think, maybe...
