I mean, how dare Mrmomo presume he has something productive to part with the shareholders of Pipe.
Thank again for the kind words Mr. Huntamun, at least a few smart folks like you realize what i'm trying to accomplish here. There is a valid puprose & utility to these forums besides spamming nonsense & garabge if one truly knows how to use them and is able seperate the trash from the truth. Your comments & opinions are always welcomed, but you're wasting your breath with folks like IndianJoe. You can try to tell people like that, that the sky is blue, and it REALLY is blue, but in their minds they view it in other colors even though they know it's blue themselves. You just cannot reason with folks like that because there's phsychological/social issue which cannot be mitigated or remedied through through these means of communication. So in other words, you're just wasting time with him and others like him.

Regarding both these comments above by Mr. PabloLafortune & Oldnagger, i'll reiterate my views as Canadian Natural being a "potential suitor" for Pipestine. I personally don't see it, as there are just too many obstacles for a deal to be made, a few of them being a pricing issue and the other being GMT. As i've said MANY times in the past, CNQ almost never pays top dollar or even a fair one, they always look around for the best & lowest deals, almost liquidation type prices and are true bottom feeders. And they will do almost anything to get those prices they want.
The big obstacle in their way for any potential deal with Pipe is GMT, and probably the main reason one hasn't been done. Assuming talks have taken place already, my bet is CNQ was probably looking to pay under 1B and GMT wasn't selling for anyhing under $2B. So you can see how far apart these two are in terms of pricing AND their intenttions. So don't bet on them being a serious contender for a possible deal with Pipestone. I would be VERY surprised if anything happens on this front.
As for Advantage, it could be a possibility but there are ep's that align much better with Advantage than Pipestone. Someone like Kelt for example would be a much better fit. And besides, if it weren't for all the suspicious & strange developements over the past few months with Pipestone or anything close to the Piper, i would even say it would be a strong possibility. But those strange events lead me to believe that AAV is out of the picture and someone else has already set their sights on the Pipe.
