This has been answered already, the adverse events consist "mainly" of neuropathy and eye toxicity.

Manily, meaning there could be alot more thats wrong with this drug. But, what it comes down to is if you take this drug you will go blind and god knows what will happen to your nervous system and brain, it effects that aswell.

ITS FAILED, no dose change is changing that, its not a safe drug, period.
