RE:RE:The effects of the $60 cap on the Russian oilThe problem is they want what they are selling, but don't want to pay for it. That doesn't work in real life.

It is a great goal to try to defund these guys. However , in my many decades of life here we have rarely seen these " sanctions"  work .These guys are like cockroaches . You step on them, spray them with toxic chemicals and they always seem to survive and live on.  Look at North Korea. Word is out Russia has bulit a large fleet of ships that will sail the seas stealthily . The only people harmed are always the citizens and they never seem to have enough. Like animals, the will to live and the fear of pain runs deep in our genes. A line is rarely crossed .  I'd love to see this buck the trend, but I doubt it will. The reason there are so many of us on this planet is we are extremely adaptable to change. Every dime Chinese and Indian money goes to these Russians is another bullet, another missile. No regard for the lives of Ukrainians whatsoever . Just cockroach pieces of bleep.
