RE:RE:The research bill is

RE:RE:The research bill isPutting legislation in place for researching cannabis and it's pharmaceutical and health potential for that great American business machine can only be good for growing the marijuana and hemp business to the potential that a lot of us feel is capable.

It is hard to understand why the US has had the anchor dragging  for so long on this issue and why so long to fire the starting pistol for adult rec to it's potential.

It is the pharma qualities that have kept the toe in the door for rec pot since catching on in the US and the rest of North America.

Rec consumers have recognized this as a safer, more enjoyable for some, form of a vice and opened the door for patients who are finding relief for a lot of ailments perceived and a willingness to try more herbal and natural types of treatment than what the chemical pharma business is offering.

The better choice for health option of consuming thc for your buzz rather than beverage alcohol has major potential with thc infused beverages making their appearances and fighting for supremacy.

It is a waiting game for the laws to catch up to a more commonsense approach to allow alcohol and thc infused to be served in the same venues or sold in the same venues for that matter.

CBD infused has shown so much potential for health treatment and because most of it has no psychoactive properties is a great opportunity for a new line of skus in the Shirley Temple no alcohol option for bar patrons that want to lighten up on their night out.

If it helps with some of your ailments it is a safer option and another reason to go to the bar.

Hopefully SAFE will pass and making it legal to study marijuana in the US is a no-brainer.  SAFE could swing the door open by default to outright legalization and would certainly make more sense than running around with suitcases full of money or buying pot stocks on US exchanges legally.

It also swings the door open to tax revenue which pot companies are willing to pay but would like the black market to be eliminated and rightfully so.

Most of the pot bills have been favourable for signing in to law and a selective conglomeration of all the best parts, approved by potpreneur lobbyists would help the politicians to pass some good legislation to solve a bunch of the problems that potpreneurs are already facing.

Keeping legal marijuana under their thumb isn't fair to the business and it really needs to be Federal decriminaliztion and one law fits all States such that interstate commerce can happen legally.
