They have a lot more data, have increased reserve estimates and should be wiser about the next deal they cut. They have stated that several companies are studying the offer. SG seems geared towards maximizing the value of funds in the bank without dilution, very patient in his moves. Imo, it's premature to make conclusions, he may still put a great deal in the table. I do think it has to be done this next year or else Valeura will be forced to drill by itself and that's when we will know the offer had no takers.
