Your logic makes absolutely no sense. The mine will produce something like 20M oz of silver and net profits per annum of something like $150-200M per year and rather than receive this enormous amount , the company is going to delay reopening the mine for 6 years just to avoid issue 500:shares for everyb10,000 rights. No sane company would do that just to screw the little guys.

I don't know what is required to reopeninthemmine but I am confident the comp will take all reasonable steps to do so.
