Let's look at some of the changes they have made in recent months. Omar Cruz was a senior projects manager until about 8 months ago he started a new postion as Aluminum Operations Director, Juan E. Salazar was also a senior projects manager until about 7 months ago he was given the position of Director of Strategic Development - Aluminum. Maria Valeria Torrealba Lamas is a junior project manager whose duties include "Manage all aspects including design, fabrication, assembly and start-up of the R&D projects from PyroAluminum". Recent NR's have focused on Aluminum projects and could result in hundreds if not thousands of plasma torches being sold as well as other aluminum applications. When you add to these developments Sara Babaei going from R&D assistant manager to production manager and Patrice Guertin coming over from Xebec (Director of Operations) to Pyrogenesis as Manufacturing Operations Manager, I believe it shows they are preparing for a major increase in production of torches.
