RE:RE:Apparently not forgotten by NASA

RE:RE:Apparently not forgotten by NASA"  I would like to know WHO actually holds the rights to the patents?"

I would suspect ..IMHO... that the patents are  used as security for all the lease payment and right of use ( what ever that is) owed to Pascali  trust and the when the company doesnt make the lease  which is prepaid but not for full term, then the "trust" can seize all equipment and IP.

If I owned the company thats exactly what I would and did do previously but that was a private company  which I was the main and effectively sole creditor and the IP was created by me prior  to forming of the  company .

Also if HPQ defaults on a payment I would expect all the IP will roll back to Pyro...IMHO I personally believe with ZERO evidence that this could occur and HPQ could go away in a year or two and PYR scoops back all the IP and then sells it to another arms length company which then  renames it and  begins the dance again .   This QRR is coming on 8 years of hype and 3 to 4 years to go till commercial ..
And now HPQ owes Pyro another 3.6 million for unknown IP on unknown terms.   Oh sorry it is ip to reduce carbon on QRR which hadnt been start till after the quarter....I guess it  was an epiphany ..

Look at HPQ financials and lots of debts to insiders who I expect are secured by the HPQ IP but likely lower priority than Pyro...

Still wondering  about the "sale "  of the quartz supply to a company to a company with nothing to add and no revenue history and look ..common directors...

Dairy sells the cows to directors variety store for shares then buys the milk back ..?

You can pretty well bet that if a bankruptcy occured that shareholders will get zero after insider creditors . Shareholders are unsecured owners and never see a penny.

Silverad0 wrote: raglo  Interesting post.  However its hard to maintain a level of comfort with this stock as Peter keeps selling.  SP down right now so I look at insider trading and bingo there he is again.  If your technology is so good and so unique why all the selling?  At what point will this turn around?  My feeling is this one is in the toilet and headed for the final flush.  I would like to know WHO actually holds the rights to the patents?
