"Glen Riley, a director of the Corporation, subscribed for 10,000 Units under the Offering for gross proceeds of C$38,100 (US$27,800). As a director of the Corporation, Mr. Riley is an "insider" of the Corporation and his participation under the Offering is considered to be a "related party transaction" for the purposes of Multilateral Instrument 61-101"

Market has responded positively to the news as the stock price is currently up 4.72% on a down day for the market.
