Does a company actually HALT with poor results?

Does a company actually HALT with poor results?Who actually Knows what Scott would do?
Anything is possible I guess.
If the results are good then there were absolutely NO leaks again.
I will say that the company has been very quiet.
I guess we will find out soon enough.
