Green Matters will install their unique energy recovery solution on Sage Ranch. But not much details are now.

It's purely a speculation from me but maybe GRB (through its network of large real investors) can consult on the Centennial project for Green Matters?

I don't know the Centennial project but I've read that they want to build 19,333 zero-emission homes on 6,700 acres of land between Bakersfield and Los Angeles, near the border of Kern county.

Having working installations on the Marriott hotel and in the future on Sage Ranch and perhaps later also on the large Centennial project, might create enough case studies for further growth of Green Matters.
