Hemophilia B approved treatment on the other hand points to the likelihood that A is not far behind so hemophilia is most assuredly a dead end for the pouch unless they come in way less than 3.5 million for treatment.
All that being said, I don't disagree that Turtle Spill will drag us into obsolescence long before commercialization.
