I have never understood what this meant.Every share traded involves a seller and a buyer lol

?  Seriously?  I am not going to educate you on how the market works in detail.  You can google it if you like but there is a float and if the float is held then it limits the amount of shares for sale causing the sp to increase.  The higher the volume, then the more demand for the shares if the sp is moving up, causing the sp to move higher.  More volume reinforces the movement.  Low volume would cause the sp to increase/decrease BUT if the volume picks up in the opposite direction, the sp will increase in a stronger fashion in that direction.  That's why in afterhours the sp will fluctuate dramatically on low volume but on the open it generally rebalances when the volume picks up. That's it in a nutshell.

*** In Nili's case, the higher volume with an increase in the sp indicates that traders agree mostly the the sp should be higher than where it is trading, As OPPOSED TO CHEF SELLING HIS 500 SHARES AT .14, BUT BEING THE ONLY ONE SELLING THAT DAY, DROPPING THE SP TO .125 WHICH IS WHERE I BOUGHT :)
